Last year Sir Bob Geldorf visited Patmos on a yacht. Meeting him for the first time was relaxed and friendly. He was fascinated by the island and its history.
There was a concern about preserving the islands trees, and he challenged me to commence planting trees which I haven’t yet had time to undertake!
